Why do we process your personal data?
We process the data you provide through this website or by other means, such as social media, for the following purposes:
- To contact you and respond to your request, application, enquiry or suggestion. You are not obliged to provide the data we request, but without it we will be unable to deal with your request.
- To send you marketing communications about our products or services, unless you have indicated otherwise by ticking the opt-out box made available when collecting your data, or have informed us by any other means. This authorisation is voluntary and, if you withhold it, the only consequence is that you will not receive commercial offers.
- To share our news with people who follow us on social media. Following us is voluntary, but means authorising the processing of your data for this purpose. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unfollow our profile.
- The website's AI ideas demo. The text you enter (your business description) is processed by Google's AI to generate ideas and is not linked to any individual. If you also provide your email address, we use it to send you those ideas with your consent, and store it together with the date and what you have agreed to. Only if you tick the relevant box will we send you news and tips on marketing and AI; you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hola@letsflow.agency.
- To handle customer enquiries received through instant messaging (WhatsApp Business and Instagram Direct) on behalf of our clients, using AI-based automated response systems to provide 24-hour support. Under the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation, you are informed at the start of each conversation that you are speaking to AI.
You can withdraw consent for any of these purposes by emailing hola@letsflow.agency.
How long will we process your data?
We will retain your data for the duration of our relationship with you and afterwards for the periods required by law, or until you ask us to erase it.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is the consent we request from you, which you may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
Who will receive your data?
To provide our services, we work with the following data processors, who may have access to personal data:
- Google LLC (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Gemini): data storage and AI processing.
- Anthropic PBC: language processing using artificial intelligence.
- Hostinger International Ltd: server hosting.
All processors are contractually required to maintain appropriate levels of data protection.
What rights do you have when you provide your data?
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data concerning you; to access it; to request rectification if it is inaccurate or erasure when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may also request restriction of processing or data portability (in that case, we will only retain it to pursue or defend claims) and, on grounds relating to your particular situation, object to processing. If you gave consent for a specific purpose, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting previous processing; in that case, we will stop processing your data for that purpose, except on compelling legitimate grounds or to pursue or defend claims.
You can exercise all these rights by emailing hola@letsflow.agency or by writing to the postal address given above. People who follow us on social media can also exercise these rights, although, as these platforms belong to third parties, our response will be limited by the features each platform allows.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, especially if you have not received a satisfactory response when exercising them, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or another competent supervisory authority.
What are your obligations when you provide third-party data?
If you provide us with other people's data, you are responsible for informing them beforehand of the provisions of Article 14 of the GDPR.
